Southern Built Homes is aware that building a home can be a stressful process however we offer personalised service that makes building with us enjoyable. It's our aim to include our clients as much as possible throughout every stage of construction - communicating ideas and discussing preferences, we can build your home how you want it. Our system works and clients have minimal concerns - all requests we have are dealt with promptly.
We're happy to be as flexible as possible to achieve the result you want. We encourage you to visit the building site regularly so you get familiar with the aesthetics and practicalities while the house is still under construction. Limiting the number of homes we build each year allows us to personally oversee the design and build quality on every home; ensuring every last detail has been professionally evaluated before being handed over to the client.

Across the Perth metropolitan area, the South West and upper Great Southern, including Bunbury, Busselton, Vasse, Margaret River, Bridgetown, Manjimup, Walpole, Wagin, Katanning and Narrogin. With our new range of Kit Homes, we can service owner builders all across Western Australia.
